MERGE, my new album released July 2025, landed on the prestigious Jazz Week chart in September. Jazz Week is the industry standard for tracking number of spins an album receives week by week on certain jazz stations from across the country that report what they're playing. There are hundreds of new album releases each month, which means a lot of albums competing for spots on station playlists. A project has to climb to 50 to chart, so it's no small feat to make it onto Jazz Week. Merge went to No. 46, an achievement worth celebrating!
It's great to know the music of Merge is getting heard and it's especially gratifying to know the songs are resonating with jazz listeners from Orlando to Ohio to Oregon.
